So I just gave away. This time I was very careful just in case I did something but no I didnt. I got my order and another 14 are energy.

I received my second shipment and found a broken sweet tea. I sent an email that same day.

It's been more than two weeks and they haven't responded. I don't know what the next step would be, but that's money out of my pocket.

I tried calling and it automatically hangs up on you. I emailed them and I was told that they are a new company and they wouldnt be doing anything about it.

So Cirkul will NOT be getting any more business from me or any of my friends and family and there family.

I will post to TIKTOK as well. They dismissed me and Ive bought everything that they have come out with times two.

Broken Handle

The handle broke on the Special Edition when I bought it. Not only that, I bought two of them.

One for me and another one for me. The Cirkul 40oz All-Day StrawSip. Actually, I have purchased every one that they have released. Not anymore.

I just tried calling, but it went straight to voicemail.

You should be able to speak to someone, not a voicemail or email. It shouldn't break when I haven't had it for long.

They shipped all my flavors without the bottle. How am I to use flavors with no bottle? You don't have a number to call, and when they give you a code with a number, it's not valid.

I am very upset. I've tried to reach you for two days.

I've tried every number, I've even done emails, and I have not received anything back.

I just opened my bottle, put a cartridge in, and it poured out so much flavor and then it just quit. I would like my product replaced.

I don't understand the concept of how to use it. i am totally stumped

I have tried and tried to contact the company. dozens of calls, and it starts repeating or signs off.

i tried to talk to someone...didn't work.

i can't wrap my head around what do with this. do you have to drink all that flavor until it's gone. i usually go around with a large cup of diet coke and take it everywhere, but i usually have a large ball of ice in cup.

i don't understand the concept of this.

it's draw, or if it's for me.

can you help me please?

i don't know what more you want me to say. i dont get it...i don't understand how to use it...why i'd want to use it...how it would help me...i am 73

I placed an order. There was a free water bottle in the order.

My cart total to qualify for this order was supposed to be $35+. I am tired, I work third shift...I made a mistake and submitted my order with a total of only $28. I contacted their customer service team to try to correct my order or cancel the order so that I could re-order everything properly. They denied both requests and offered me a $5 coupon.

Their customer service is totally useless! A friend of mine got a nasty tasting sip from them and just wanted a replacement... but cirkul told her that she could get a free sip worth her next order to remedy this... well she had already ordered over $100 worth...i should've known better!

Now I am getting a purple themed water bottle for my girlfriend and nothing for myself. They lost me as a customer, that's for sure!

Preferred solution: To be able to add 2 more flavor cartridges to my order to qualify for the free stainless bottle so that we could both try cirkul andhave our own water bottles. That or I wanted to cancel my order so that I could replace the order properly.
