LIDS I need one that don't leak
I can't get through to speak to someone about a new lid that doesn't leak. I don't like the one that it came with, so I need to know if they have other ones.

Wrong product
I ordered sips last time you all never contacted me. I wrote because I received like 14 wrong products but you never resolved my problem.
So I just gave away. This time I was very careful just in case I did something but no I didnt. I got my order and another 14 are energy.
I cannot drink the energy ones. Also I didnt order energy

I received my second shipment and found a broken sweet tea. I sent an email that same day.
It's been more than two weeks and they haven't responded. I don't know what the next step would be, but that's money out of my pocket.

My packages was damaged
My package showed up damaged. It was the box with the frosted classic iced coffee.
The cardboard it came in was all wet. My cartridge was broke in half.

Bottle doesn't keep cold like stated won't even keep ice for more then 3 hrs
Always busy and can never get a answer or a response , this in my opinion is a corrupt company and needs to organize how it corresponds its customer service ,people spend a lot of money on a product and deserve to be able to get issues resolved vs getting stuck with a product that dosent do what is advertised

I tried calling and it automatically hangs up on you. I emailed them and I was told that they are a new company and they wouldnt be doing anything about it.
So Cirkul will NOT be getting any more business from me or any of my friends and family and there family.
I will post to TIKTOK as well. They dismissed me and Ive bought everything that they have come out with times two.
Preferred solution: I just wanted it replaced that is all I was asking for.
